Environmental rationality is constituted by contrasting itself with the theories, thought, and rationality of modernity. Its concept was gestated within the discursive matrix of nascent environmentalism, gradually creating its own universe of meanings. This book is the forge of this concept. Consistent with the condition of environmental knowledge, this work aspires to deconstruct the oppressive rationality of life.
