Friends for over two decades, Jonathan, Sam, Laura, and Janet share their triumphs and sorrows... and even more. Jonathan is a renowned chef on the verge of international fame. For everything to work out, there's only one thing missing: developing his culinary skills. Sam and Laura are in crisis. Frustrated with his screenwriting career, he dreams of quitting his job, but his wife is obsessed with having a third child. Workaholic Janet, meanwhile, can't balance her professional life with her latest endeavor: motherhood. At the invitation of a magazine, Jonathan gathers the group to spend a few days on an island.
