Regina Navarro Lins é psicanalista e oferece terapia individual e de casais em seu consultório particular. Foi professora de Psicologia da PUC-Rio, apresentou um programa diário sobre relacionamento amoroso e sexual na Rádio Cidade, do Rio de Janeiro, e colaborou para o Jornal do Brasil e o Jornal da Tarde. Atualmente, apresenta uma crônica semanal na Rádio Metrópole, de Salvador, e é colunista do jornal O Dia e do portal IG. Em sua carreira, Regina realizou mais de duzentas palestras e workshops sobre amor, casamento e sexo. É autora de dez livros, entre eles o best-seller A cama na varanda, publicado pela Editora BestSeller.
