Attila: The Trial (Vol. 3)

Attila's journey comes to an end in 449 AD. Attila succeeded in the difficult task of unifying the Huns. Positioned on the banks of the Danube River, the powerful conqueror assembled an army intent on destroying the decaying Roman Empire. With the population in turmoil after corruption scandals and two incompetent emperors in conflict, Rome was thrown into chaos, and a Hun victory seemed inevitable. But there was still hope for the Roman people: the commanding general Aetius. A captive of the Huns as a child, Aetius became close friends with the young Attila, but now both must forget their former friendship and take opposing sides on the battlefield. Attila will do everything to destroy the empire he so detests, while Aetius will fight to the bitter end for the survival of his people. Two immensely powerful armies clash to decide the future of Western civilization.
