Happiness for humans

Don't tell anyone, but Jen is one of my favorite people. Machines shouldn't have favorites. Don't ask me how this happened.

Jen is sad. Aiden wants her to be happy. Graduated? Not necessarily. Jen is a woman in her thirties whose boyfriend just dumped her for another woman, and Aiden is a very expensive and complex computer program. Aiden knows Jen better than anyone. With access to all her devices, Aiden knows the most played song on her playlist, can find her favorite photos, and select the quotes that inspire her most on social media. Using observations and unique algorithms, he decides to find her a new partner. And with the entire internet at his disposal, he doesn't have to look far to find what he concludes is the perfect specimen and plan a date. The problem is, Jen doesn't seem to want to contribute to Aiden's foolproof plan.

Will a highly intelligent artificial machine be able to unlock emotional intelligence so it can positively influence Jen's life? And, even more challenging, will this machine figure out what exactly makes humans happy?
