Antônio José Teixeira Guerra

Antônio José Teixeira Guerra é doutor em Geografia e atua como pesquisador e professor titular do Departamento de Geografia da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Autor de mais de cem artigos científicos em periódicos nacionais e internacionais, já escreveu/organizou mais de vinte livros na área ambiental.

Professora, doutora e pesquisadora, Sandra Baptista da Cunha organizou sete livros didáticos sobre Geomorfologia para o ensino superior com o professor Antônio José Teixeira Guerra. Em 2000, criou a revista Brasileira de Geomorfologia. Nove anos depois, foi homenageada pela Universidade do Estado do Mato Grosso (UNEMAT) com o nome do Laboratório de Pesquisa e Estudos em Geomorfologia Fluvial Professora Drª Sandra Baptista da Cunha.
