Literally friends

Two of the most popular Brazilian authors of the new generation, Laura Conrado and Marina Carvalho from Minas Gerais, came together for the first time to write Literally Friends. When Gabi and Lívia, two book lovers, met in a literature community on a now-defunct social network, they never imagined they would become best friends and create a book review blog, Literalmente Amigas. Since then, they've been inseparable, despite their very different personalities! Gabi is a bit scatterbrained, financially disorganized, quick to laugh, and lives a fairytale life with her longtime boyfriend. Lívia, on the other hand, is assertive, firm, and has well-defined plans for her future, though she hasn't yet found her dream job or a sweeping romance like the ones in her favorite books. Together, they face the difficulties of youth, both professionally and in love, until everything begins to change when they are both selected for the same position—for which they both applied without telling each other—at the country's leading publishing house. Will the passion for books, which once united the friends, now become the reason for their friendship's end?
