The end of good manners

Two subjects that shock the world, from a foreign perspective. Photographer Maria Galante and journalist Imogen Glass travel to Afghanistan to pursue a story. Their subject is young Afghan women who attempted suicide in hopes of escaping arranged marriages. However, in a culture where women hide their faces and suicide is highly taboo, attempting to portray these young women can be a dangerous undertaking for the foreign duo. Before the mission is over, Maria is forced to decide whether it's more important to finish the job—and please Imo—or to follow her own moral code.
