A spiritual development guide capable of transforming lives and destinies.
Christ was, without a doubt, the most influential figure of all time in the West. But who was he, and what did he want? Many religions have the answer to this, but is this a reliable answer? What would Jesus say about these religions? Emmet Fox delved deeply into the biblical words and brought a new perspective on Christ's teachings in The Sermon on the Mount and the Lord's Prayer .
Who was the real Jesus? A teacher, a prophet? A philosopher, a guru, a religious fanatic? Whatever your idea of him, there's no denying that Jesus Christ changed the course of Western society forever, being the most important figure in human history. His doctrines, his teachings, his life, death, and resurrection influenced the course of history and are a source of inspiration for an entire people.
By interpreting the biblical words of The Sermon on the Mount and the Lord's Prayer, the author shows us Jesus' message as a perfect declaration of the truth of the nature of God and man, of life and the world, and of the relationships that exist between them.
