Mineiro de Araxá, radicado em São Paulo desde a década de 1970, Evandro Affonso Ferreira surgiu na literatura em 2000 – apresentado por José Paulo Paes – e em 2006 participou de uma coletânea de contos em Portugal, organizada por Alcir Pécora.
