Tradition, knowledge and practice of wines

Drinking is, without a doubt, one of life's greatest pleasures. Drinking wine is an even greater pleasure. How many of us, when opening a bottle of wine, know what's inside? Wine, yes, it's true, but also years and years of work, care, and affection. And how many of us know how to interpret the information we receive from that wine? Define the sensations we experience? Our goal – as with all activities of the Brazilian Sommeliers Association – is to clarify and disseminate information, thus contributing to more and more people becoming interested in the subject and being able to better appreciate the wine they choose.
