After a series of misadventures and a night of drinks with her stepsisters, Clemmie's life suddenly changes. But will everything turn out the way she wanted? Three Wishes and a Curse will enchant and bewitch romantic comedy lovers.

Clementine Monroe, or Clemmie, is very close to her half-sisters, singer Lil and music producer Serena, but she runs away from any reminder of her famous rocker father, to the point of forbidding herself from listening to new music.

Betrayed and abandoned by her boyfriend, fired from her dream job, and about to lose her apartment, Clemmie turns to her sisters for support—and one drunken night, they decide to cast the "breakup spell" they invented as teenagers. They make three wishes for Clemmie: a night of no-strings-attached sex, a soulmate, and a job she loves.

With no real expectation of her wishes coming true, Clemmie is thrilled when she soon spends the night with a handsome man and, shortly after, finds a new job. However, her excitement is dampened when she discovers that her one-night stand was actually with rock star Theo Eliott—and that he's the one she'll be working for. The two will spend six weeks alone in a secluded beach house while Theo tries to finish his next album.
