Wabi-sabi

And that's exactly what Samuel does. His girlfriend, Gabriela, with whom he's been in a relationship for eight years, seems more distant by the day, and his life becomes divided between German classes and research for the self-help books of his neighbor, the writer Titus. All this in the company of his cat Mishima. However, one morning, something pulls Samuel out of his monotonous existence: a postcard from Japan with a picture of a porcelain cat, the maneki-neko, and the words "Wabi-Sabi." Days later, he receives a second postcard at home with a photograph of a temple and the same words. Intrigued, Samuel decides to go to Japan to discover the sender of the mysterious messages, and his trip ends up becoming a true journey of self-discovery.
