Sinopse
ACCOUNTS OF THE YOUNG HOLOCAUST MARTYR Anne Frank (1929-1945) was born in Germany. At the age of four, she was forced to leave the country with her family after Adolf Hitler came to power. In 1942, Anne's father, Otto Frank, his wife, and daughters joined four others in hiding from the German invaders. For two years, they were confined to the attic annex of Otto Frank's office. In hiding, her diary was Anne's only instrument of freedom; in it, she chronicled life in the Secret Annex, the transformations and anxieties of each of those who lived there. Organized in 1982 and published according to the instructions of the Anne Frank Fonds, this collection includes texts originally excluded from The Diary of Anne Frank and reveals a little more about young Anne. They include accounts of her first day of school, her first kiss, her father's love, her childhood dreams, and her fear of being denounced and discovered. • Collection of short stories written by Anne Frank in her hiding place during the Second World War.

Sobre o autor

Anne Frank
