Graham begins following the clues of the ruthless criminal known as the Tooth Fairy. He soon realizes that to capture him, he will need to understand the killer's twisted mind. To do so, however, Graham will have to face his own ghosts and seek help from Dr. Lecter, which could have disastrous consequences.

Red Dragon was adapted for film in 2002, directed by Brett Ratner and starring Anthony Hopkins, Edward Norton, and Ralph Fiennes. This novel introduced one of history's most iconic villains: Hannibal Lecter.
