Luiz Alberto Moniz Bandeira

Luiz Alberto de Moniz Bandeira nasceu em Salvador, Bahia, em 30 de dezembro de 1935. Formado em Direito, é doutor em Ciência Política pela Universidade de São Paulo e professor titular de história política exterior do Brasil, no Departamento de História da Universidade de Brasília (aposentado). É autor de mais de 20 obras, entre elas Presença dos Estados Unidos no Brasil — Dois Séculos de História, O Governo João Goulart — As Lutas Sociais no Brasil (1962-1964) e De Martí a Fidel — A Revolução Cubana e a América Latina.
